Llora is a registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST). She has completed the two-year, 700 hour training and more than 200 clinical hours. Before working as an RCST, Llora worked for 15 years in the field of education as a Waldorf Early Childhood Educator and holds a masters degree in education from Antioch University New England.
As a Waldorf teacher Llora served the youngest children as a preschool and kindergarten teacher, which she loved. Understanding how significantly birth and early traumas can impact a child’s life and just how transformative Craniosacral Therapy work can be for children, as well as adults, inspired her to become a Craniosacral Therapist.
Throughout her life she has been driven by a desire to create transformation in herself and to help others do the same. She was licensed as a Massage Therapist in 2005 and has been a practitioner of mindfulness and meditation for more than 20 years as a student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Llora is a member of the National Biodynamic Craniosacral Association and continues to deepen her understanding of Craniosacral work and develop her skills through advanced studies, post graduate courses and professional mentorship.
